Born 1955 in Amman, Jordan. Rima Farah studied in the Eastbourne and Cambridge Schools of Art. Since 1984, she has exhibited her works in London, various Arab countries, as well as in Turkey and Japan. Her artworks form part of the collections of the British Museum, the Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, the Dubai International Financial Center, Royal collections in the Gulf as well as those of private collectors.

"Following an 18-year collaboration with fellow artist Kevin Jackson, I now continue solo with new calligraphic works. My paintings and etchings are not purely about meaningful text and every series of work is constructed as a result of an experience, a vision or simply a connection and tribute to my teacher. New work celebrates Arab roots, love and Sufi poetry, and looking into the recesses of the human condition. I hope that somewhere within the work we could each find our own road map and continue to question what is going on in the world around us."
