MOTHER'S DAY EVENT
at Nabad Art Gallery's courtyard
Sunday 21 March 2010

On the occasion of Mother's Day, the 21st of March, Nabad Art Gallery hosted a special event for children organized by Aat (a Network of Women Artists in Jordan). This event launched "My Box of Dreams," a fund established by Aat as a platform to support the artistic aspirations of children, in both the visual and performing arts. Children 7-10 years old were asked to draw their ‘dreams' and write a sentence about them. The drawings were then tied to helium balloons and released into the air.
