Nabad displays an exquisite selection of limited-edition prints by renowned Algerian artist and calligrapher Rachid Koraichi. Of particular interest is a portfolio of twenty-five limited-edition prints entitled, "Hafr al-Nashid (The Etched Hymn)," illustrating the poems of the late Palestinian poet, Mahmoud Darwish. Born to a Sufi Family, Koraichi's work is heavily influenced by numerology, signs and the ethos of Sufi mysticism.

According to art critic Rachid Boudjedra, "through these lines, signs, marks, traces and tattoos-these scars-Koraichi is expressing a desire to reestablish the legitimacy, not only of Arabic calligraphy, but also of all the symbols and signs that are laden with spiritual and physical history, reflecting all of our accumulated traditions, all of our ancestral customs, but which are, at the same time, looking towards the future."
